Hidden in the bamboos. The two letters mean "bamboo" and "extravagance". Well said.

Lunch with my mum

My mum visited me for the first time in three years. She recently got her dream car, beetle, and enjoyed her drive here. We had lunch in a pretty and nice (a bit high-class?) Japanese restaurant, which was tucked away in from the busy main road and was surrounded by bamboo trees.
The meal was very very delicious!!

花はこんな。

All the flowers of these trees look upward, so it's hard to take a picture of them looking at you. There were some shorter ones that kindly showed us the face of their blossoms.

ピンク木蓮？

Pink magnolia tree at my dermatologist. They looked beautiful with the blue sky behind them. Spring blooming~
It was warm in the day, too. I was almost sweating while driving, but I didn't want to open the window because of the yellow sand blown from the east! My car got quite dirty... partially impairing the vision through the windshield. I washed and swept it, and it's now clean! I hope it will last long! It depends on the direction of the wind.

Sakura

Cherry blossoms were beautiful, lasted only for two weeks, and are falling their last petals off.
It's so hard to believe April has come and almost a third of it passed. I feel like I'm still wondering somewhere around February...
