Got up at 5:30 am and gave a presentation at an international online conference in my bathroom not to disturb my neighbors. It's quite an experience.

I was asked if the example FOSHU product was available in the US. Good question!! I don't know!! I wouldn't be surprised if so, but not sure because its efficacy was tested with Japanese people and FOSHU approval doesn't mean anything under FDA Regulations.. all hindsight. Wanna be able to think fast!!
