This temple was relatively close from Tofukuji temple, but in the middle of a residential area, and far from a bus stop or a train station. You have to be detemined to come here and see it. It's part of the bigger temple, Sen-nyu ji, so there are quite a few temples and buildings to see in the area. I saw some people collecting Goshu-in (a caligraphy and a stamp to commemorate your visit to a temple or a shrine) of 33 temples in Western Japan. Thanks to the location, there were fewer tourists and the temple was rather quiet. They say praying here will prevent dimentia, so I had to... I need good memory...
今熊野観音寺もわりと近くだった。西国三十三ヶ所をめぐっている人をちらほらと見かけた。そうでもないと、駅からもバス停からも遠いこの寺までわざわざ来ない、気がする…。のですいていてよかった。ぼけ封じがあったのでよくお願いしといた笑
