パンダ豆。Black and white beans

豊岡で白黒のパンダ豆を発見したので大量買いしてしまった。調査用、布教用。笑

さすが昨年秋に収穫されたばかりなだけあって、20分くらいで柔らかくなった。色もきちんと黒白に分かれたままで、綺麗です。中はクリーミーで美味しい。いもっぽい、でんぷん質さがあるけど、やはり豆は豆味。

Got a locally grown black and white beans. it was ~$3.6 for a 7 oz. bag of dried beans.  I will go bankrupt if I have beans as a staple food instead of rice, I'd love to, though!  They're fast-cooking, onlyl 20-25 min, I think, as I overcooked them by boiling them for 28 min. They are about the size of cranberry beans, and the colors were retained nicely.
