泉涌寺と雲龍院の２つをはしごしてきました！泉涌寺は1200年代？に本格的に造営され、雲龍院は1300年代。丘の上にあるので、行きは結構な登り坂。自転車でゼエゼエ言いながら、ゆっくり、自分のペースで、自転車を降りることなく、完走できた！ことですでに満足。お寺は静かで厳かで、でも若葉の生気に満ち溢れていた。森林浴と、ぽけーっと庭を見つめることで心の充電ができました。心臓破りの坂からの、小鳥のさえずりしか聞こえない広い庭。静と動の対比。
Visited two temples - Sennyu-ji and Unryu-in. Sennyu-ji Temple was completed in the 1200s? Some theories exist. Unryu-in temple was built in the 1300s. They are located on a hill, so I was gasping for air when I was climbing it by bike! I was able to reach the top without getting off my bike, cycling slowly, at my own pace. That was a good confidence builder that if I set my mind to do something, I can do it. I was already satisfied because of that when I entered the temples. The temples were quiet and solemn, but filled with the fresh energy of young leaves. I was able to recharge my mind by walking in the forest and gazing pensively at the beautiful garden, where all I could hear was the chirping of birds. A large, tranquil garden and a steep hill-climbing. The contrast of stillness and movement.
