Push or not to push?

It's been a week since I told them. They said they were going to have a meeting and discuss my plan and their plan, but nothing happened yet. They are very busy indeed, but time passes and we have a lot of things to be done beforehand. hmm. I said it again and suggested that we do some meetings. I feel very bad because it adds extra work to them, so I don't want to push it so hard. But if we don't do anything, we might not have enough time.. It's hard to know how active I should be... mmm
