Unrelated to all the frenzy of Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, just a coincidence of buying teas and Thai Ingredients! It's time to try high quality teas, "real" Japanese green tea and more authentic, home-cooked Thai cuisine!!
伊藤園の緑茶ティーバッグ、$19 =2000円でした。100個入りなので、一杯20円と考えれば安い（か？） 普通のスーパーで売っている米国ブランドの green tea なるもの、日本の緑茶とは全く違います！！ 色も味も香りも全てが違う。出涸らしをさらに再利用、あるいは、紅茶のすんごく弱い版みたいな…（言いたい放題）。アジア系スーパーにも緑茶の茶葉があったけれど、それはすごく草の味が強かった…（草でかさ増しとかされてないといいけど、なんて）。空輸されているせい？謎ー！
タイ料理も作ろ。 Harney&Sons は好きな紅茶ブランド。お高めですが洗練された高品質なブレンドを味わえる。香りが素晴らしく良いのです〜〜
