矢田寺の紫陽花 Hydrangea at Yata temple

10k hydrangea plants at Yata temple in Nara prefecture. They are a symbol of early summer and the rainy season. It feels very hot and humid already, and yet it's just the beginning.  I now understand how dumplings must feel being steamed..!  Probably it's the last outdoor activity for me until autumn arrives. 

奈良の矢田寺の紫陽花を見に行ってきました〜　広い境内に溢れんばかりの紫陽花、満開で美しかったです。し、しかし蒸し暑い…蒸される肉まんの気持ちがわかる…！　秋までしばらく、気軽に外で何時間も歩いたり出来なさそう。
