"Hate-Change People"

Why are people really slow to change even when knowing that a change is inevitable. At least they can be more flexible. It only seems that they are stick to old traditions and refuse to change anything, believing that they will lose their identity by any modification. If the identity is that fragile, then it is not an identity. At least they should be more rational. It's no good to blindly follow tradition without thinking.

It's ironic that things don't easily change even if everyone knows they should. The power of value for the old. Are we supposed to be like this forever? It's frustrating that things are so slow and stagnant.

So, this is the thing. It's my fault. So this time there should be tolerance. After perseverance comes great reward.

I think I have made decisions based on my emotion. The power of emotions is strong and it seems hard to resist when it's at peak. Emotions are often short-sighted, yet can overpower logic. It reminds me of the phrase that "People are more attracted to a short-term reward than a long-term prize, even though the former is smaller". This illustrates how hard it is to wait.
