New bike!! 新しい自転車

My bike got terribly broken because probably it was knocked over. It needed a new wheel, new derailleur, and a new chain. It's very unfortunate.. too bag I can only store my bike outside on crowded bike racks. It turned out that it'll cost more than $170 to have it all fixed, so it was actually cheaper to buy a second-hand bike. Luckily I found a almost new one with 27" wheels! Usually bikes have 26" wheels, but I liked a bigger one as you can go further with one pedaling. The first bike I got had 27", so it has been my standard for more than a decade now. Since the bike is new, I sprayed an anti rust coating spray to its metal parts. Hope it'll prevent rust and keeps it shiny. I'm glad I did that because the old one was so rusty because I didn't do anything to protect it. We will see how effective it is.

自転車が倒されて壊れたため新しいの（中古だけど）を買いました。突然のお別れと出費だった…。新しいのは27インチタイヤで、一こぎで移動できる距離が大きいためよく走る。日本ではずっと27インチに乗っていたので、これこれ♫という感じ。前の自転車は何にもケアしてなくてさびさびだったので、今回は錆止めスプレーをかけてみた。屋外にしか置く場所がないのがとても残念なのだけど、スプレーで長持ちするといいなー。

修理見積もりをしてくれた自転車屋さん、走らない自転車を無料で引き取ってくれた。しかも、前かごとサドルは持ち帰りたいです、と言ったら快く取り外してくれた。すごくありがたかった…感謝。
