The repetitive theme is quite a characteristic of this. I don't know much about music history, but it is obvious that Mozart was a genius. Everything is so powerful that I often overwhelmed in the songs. The moment suddenly arrives when four parts spreading to every direction come back to one perfectly harmonized existence.
If Faure's requiem was a beautiful and calm lake with gentle tides, Mozart's is the stormy Pacific Ocean with swirling winds.
It's a great honor to be a part of this gorgeous music and moreover, to be the first choir to perform this Levin version in Kyushu!
