Great music always rings

Our next mission! Mozart requiem - Levin version!!

The repetitive theme is quite a characteristic of this. I don't know much about music history, but it is obvious that Mozart was a genius. Everything is so powerful that I often overwhelmed in the songs. The moment suddenly arrives when four parts spreading to every direction come back to one perfectly harmonized existence.

If Faure's requiem was a beautiful and calm lake with gentle tides, Mozart's is the stormy Pacific Ocean with swirling winds.

It's a great honor to be a part of this gorgeous music and moreover, to be the first choir to perform this Levin version in Kyushu!

The songs are sure challenging, especially with incredibly high notes for soprano and tenor, but it's worth trying. When our voices come together, the beautiful layers of music will go beyond the horizon.
