Spanish dinner!

Went to a pop-up Spanish bar with a frined from Spain! As expected, they kept talking in Spanish, as though they finally found a long-separated sibling.  Pinchos, tapas, and good wine. Delicioso!!  The chef is works as a designer and does this bar-style restaurant on weekends, dreaming to open his own one day.  I become impressed by those who aspires to run a shop or a restaurant on their own. It takes a lot of work, time, investment, and energy, and I just admire those who are passionate about serving their customers with what they make.

間借りでやっているスペイン料理屋さんに行ってきました！　つまんで食べやすい料理と、美味しいワイン…。どれも本格的で現地の人が作っているので、それはそれは美味しかったー　いつかレストランを開きたいという、現職デザイナーの方がやっていた。すごいなー。
