今年も何とか粽をゲットした…！けれどももう暑くて暑くて。体中から汗が噴き出て、顔から汗が滴る経験をした。
外はクーラーの室外機の目のまえにずっといるような感覚。本気でやばいです。鉾に乗るために炎天下行列を成して待っている人たちがいたけれど、とんでもない…。
祇園祭は観に行きたくて涼しい朝のうちにと思って行ったけど、ちょっと…本当に危険だなと思った…。
帰ってクーラー入れても、頭はぼーっとするし、お昼寝してしまった。もう日中不要不急の外出はしてはいけない…というか、自転車で出かけてはいけない…！
I managed to get Chimaki again this year, but it was crazy hot and humid. Sweat was pouring out of my body and dripping from my face. Geez..
Outside under the sun, it felt like I was right in front of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner all the time. It was seriously bad. There were people waiting in line under the blazing sun to get on one of the floats, but looked was outrageous.... How do they do that?
I wanted to go see the Gion Festival and went in the morning when it was cooler, but it was already dangerously hot.
I went home and blasted myself with cold air from the air conditioner, but my head felt foggy and I had to take a nap. I was done for the day. No more unnecessary trips out during the day.. and I shouldn't bike around for a long time. Sad.
