Fushimi Inari in early October

伏見稲荷に久しぶりに行ってみた。以前より観光客が増えている…！ 人も車も多く、自転車では行きづらい場所になってしまったようだ。もう10月だというのに、相変わらず30℃越えであつい。一年前京都にアパート探しに来て、熱中症になったことを思い出す。まだ10月、なのだった…！

Visited Fushimi Inari shrine for the first time in a few months.  I saw more tourists than ever before.  The traffic is busy too and the roads are narrow, so it's hard to go there by bike now.. Oh well. 

This heat in October reminds me of last year's October when I came to Kyoto to look for an apartment.  It was still so hot and humid and I was unprepared for it and had a heat stroke.  It's hard to believe it's been a year already.  So many changes, in a good way.  I'm looking forward to cooler days...!
